That shadowy organization known as The Office for Civil Rights (OCR) collects complaints against educational institutions. One day, you may get a mysterious letter in the mail. Are you prepared?

In reality, the OCR doesn’t have to be scary. Most of the violations cited against educational institutions are known quantities and can be prevented before anyone notices. Rachael Edenbaum

A graduate of both the University of Miami, and Florida Gulf Coast University, K.J. Moses has dedicated the past decade of his life to helping improve technology on college campuses. Coming from a long family line of educators that that include college deans, private school directors, and classroom teachers, K.J. has been immersed in education his whole life. As a member of the Level Access team, he works to assist educators to make their technology accessible to all constituents, so that everyone can access the content they need to succeed.

Jeff Recker

Jeff Recker brings 18 years of experience in higher education, and has held roles including Individual Contributor, National Sales Manager, VP of Sales, and Director of Sales for some of the most visible companies serving higher education institutions. Jeff's skill set includes analyzing a school’s inefficiencies and aligning solutions to its short-term initiatives, or long-term strategic plans. Widely known as a Subject Matter Expert in Institutional Effectiveness, Student Success, Student Access and Outcomes, he has presented solutions to institutional leadership and led discussions on trends in Higher Education at state and regional conferences.

John Whattam

John Whattam brings over 15 years experience with Learning Technology in both the corporate and higher ed marketplace. Initially working with solution providers focused the Fortune 1000, he has for the last 10 years worked directly with University & College executives to address their strategic objectives as part of Ed Tech companies including Pearson eCollege, Edmentum & Hobsons.
